We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through our shipping partner Mylerz.

Processing and delivery time

• Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your governorate.
• The courier will call you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct.

Shipping fees

• The fee depends on your governorate and the order weight, and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Any current shipping offers are shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

On delivery

• Please check your package in front of the courier.
• If the package is damaged or anything is missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will sort it out.
